rental-statements is a private tool used only by its owner, Glen Hunt. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.
With the owner's permission, it reads the owner's own Gmail mailbox (read-only access) to find monthly statements and invoices sent by property managers, and records the figures in the owner's own accounting software.
Mailbox data is used only for the purpose above. It is not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party. It is not used for advertising, and it is not used to train any AI or machine learning model. The tool cannot send, delete or change any email.
Access tokens and extracted figures are stored on a private server controlled by the owner. Access can be revoked at any time from the owner's Google Account security settings.
